Hi! I'm Kelly, the creator and owner of Square One Massage. I'm a licensed massage therapist in the state of Maryland, but I'm currently living in Portland, Oregon.
I have experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and integrated table and seated massage, with extensive knowledge about the body's anatomy and physiology that best enables me to address your ailments. I also have experience with hydrotherapy, Myofascial release, Shiatsu, the Trager™ Method and more -- all of which helps me bring your body back to its natural state: back to square one.
